Mardi Gras Macaroni Fun!
This past week was a fun week with many celebrating Mardi Gras. Last weekend, our family celebrated the occasion with a family party. We made Gumbo, Cajun Meatballs, Crab Dip, Banana Fosters, and Hurricanes. We also wore Mardi Gras Beads and made homemade Mardi Gras Masks. It was the talk of the house for our 3 year old. Tours of the Victorian-style mansion can be scheduled for Wednesdays and Thursdays from March 7 through June 28, 2012. With morning and afternoon tours. Lasagna Roll-ups from leftover meat sauce
These were super easy and fun to make. It would be great to do with your kiddos. Unfortunately, mine is only 13 months old and could not serve as my Sous chef but was a very good taste tester.
What you need:
-Lasagna noodles
-Shredded parmesan
-Ricotta Cheese
-Leftover Spaghetti Sauce
-Cupcake baking pans
